We review your scripts together
On a quick call we walk through the scripts we've drafted, built around your business, your voice, your customers. You tell us what sounds right. Most people change just a word or two.
"Hi, thanks for calling Mike's Plumbing. I understand you need assistance today. Can I get your name and contact information?"
"Hey, thanks for calling Mike's Plumbing, glad you reached out. What's going on and how can we get someone out to you?"

We set everything up
After the call we finalize your scripts, add your team's numbers, configure your settings, and run a full test. You don't touch a thing.
